Many of you who have followed our blog saw the picture of me when I was in the Melissa Masse faux wrap animal print dress.  I was on my way out on a date with my husband.  I would love to see pictures of you wearing one of the outfits you purchased from us and to hear about what you did.

The  evening I wore the Melissa Masse dress we went to an Italian restaurant called  Stella Alpina.  We had never tried that restaurant before but Catherine and Tommy raved about it. One of the local TV stations had done a piece on it recently and gave it the highest marks too.  David and I gave mixed reviews to the restaurant. We started with the gnocchi which they were famous for. The gnocchi had been over mixed which made it gummy.  I was so sad since I adore a good gnocchi. Our main course came before we had a chance to finish our appetizers which in my book is a huge no-no.   My Osso Buco was not good.  David had their fresh catch of the day.  The fish was tasty and prepared nicely the only thing I would mark it down for was that the portion size was small for the price.  I think that the restaurant’s sudden surge in popularity caused them to take short-cuts such as plating their most popular dishes early.   My husband and I were in and out in less than 45 minutes because we felt so rushed.  My evening did not end there I am happy to say.  David and I took the rest of our bottle of wine home and sat on the patio with our wine and Ben and Jerry’s watching the sun set.  I don’t think it get’s much better than that.
